The torque converter is a component of the automatic transmission system, located between the gearbox and the engine. Inside, it contains clutches that, over time, may get burned or damaged, leading to torque converter malfunction. In such cases, we disassemble the torque converter, replace the internal clutches, and then reassemble and seal it properly.
Delayed Transmission Oil Change: Leads to increased temperature inside the gearbox and wear of internal components.
Excessive Loads: Especially under tough driving conditions, which can strain the torque converter.
Weak Cooling System: Results in overheating of the transmission system.
Using Incompatible Oil: Using oil that does not meet the manufacturer’s specifications can cause serious damage.
